Well yes, happened to me.... poor you.
Ok, well.... maybe I oughta have harassed them a few days after
filing in the new request just to make sure that it got
through.
But the fact is, I filed the request in person, and the only
reason why it could not have gone through is because some bugger
down the line screwed up.
I called their hotline and demanded an immediate investigation
into this. I really, really stressed on the word 'immediate'... I
told the operator: 'I have $1 in my account, and $7 in my wallet.
How do you want me to live for the next few days, huh?'
GAAAAHHHHH!!!! I'm gonna freakin' demand for heads to roll!
Metaphorically, literally, and in every other sense of the
term!!!!
